Willow Hut Kits:
New this year is our Rusper Farm Living Willow Huts/Dens.
Living willow structures will not wither and dry out, but will continue to grow and become green every summer. If looked after, these structures will last for years or even decades.
Maintenance:
All Living Willow Structures will require an annual 'haircut'. Side shoots will develop every year which can either be woven into the walls to make the hut more dense or removed by cutting it off. This is a rather easy but therapeutic job done during the summer.
Hut sizes:
We have 6 hut sizes spanning from 1.5m to 3.0m in diameter. When choosing a size, please remember that spacing outside the hut normally is needed, eg 1m free space around the hut.
Hut options:
All huts come in 2 varieties: The Standard option includes all the long 'uprights' which form the full structure of the hut, along with all necessary tools.
The DL option (DeLuxe) contains the basic structure as the standard option but also includes a set of shorter whips for weaving into the structure, to make the hut less open/see-through, and offer more privacy for the occupants.

THOR:
300 cm (10ft) diameter. Area required, 4.5m x 4.5m in your garden.
ODIN:
270 cm (9ft) diameter. Area required, 4m x 4m in your garden.
HEIMDALL:
240 cm (8ft) diameter. Area required, 3.5m x 3.5m in your garden.
BALDER:
210 cm (7ft) diameter. Area required, 3m x 3m in your garden.
LOKI:
180 cm (6ft) diameter. Area required, 2.5m x 2.5m in your garden.
FREYA:
150 cm (5ft) diameter. Area required, 2m x 2m in your garden.
